She was predeceased by: her husband Alan; her parents, Sam Levy and Evelyn Levy; and her brother Ronald (Eileen). She is survived by: her children, Sharon Brown (Eric), Michelle Lohmann and Dean Miller (Elizabeth); her siblings, Marty Levy (late Dale), Rose Levy (Marvin) and David Levy (Michelle); her sister-in-law Judy Kline; and her grandchildren, Lauren, Cameron, Olivia and Katie.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Carol's name to the American Cancer Society.
