He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Jerry Bailey and Mary Jane Bailey; and his children, Carlisha and Carlos Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Bailey (Jenkins); his daughters, Carlette Bailey, Shatara Bailey and Shakera Bailey; his niece Jessica Douglas (Robert); his grandchildren, Deyona Burton, Tionne Beasley, Monique Beasley, Cody Beasley and Jaylen Thomas-Bailey; and his siblings, Jeffery Bailey, Jessie Bailey (Kimberly) and Sharon Fain (Christopher). He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
