It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl Ralph Edge (Jacksonville, Florida), who passed away on January 21, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Carl shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Carl farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ralph Edge and Vivian Howard Edge; and his sister Enetta Janelle'Jan'Doyle. He is survived by: his wife Julie Annette Blackmon Edge; his daughters, Tiffany Lee Belcher and Kimberly Eve Edge; and his grandchildren, James William Adkins, Lee Nathaniel Adkins and Eva Grace Edge.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Cedar Bay Funeral Home (405 New Berlin Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32218). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Chapel of Cedar Bay Funeral Home (405 New Berlin Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32218). A committal service will be held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Jacksonville National Cemetery (4083 Lannie Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32218).
