She is survived by: her husband Paul Smith; her father Deacon Carl Sr. (Min); her siblings, Robin Frederick and Min; her children, Irene Smith, Tracy Smith and Gary Smith; her grandchildren, Bernarldo Perry II, Christina Smith, Tauteauna Smith, Tracy Smith Jr. and Nyla Hill; and her nieces and nephews, Joshua Shafer (Joia), Carl Frederick III, Irene Shafer, Stacie Shafer, Naomi Russell, Janae Frederick, Faith Frederick, Samantha Fair and Barbara Fair.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at 1410 Edgewood Ave W, Jacksonville, FL 32208. A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
