He is survived by: his son Calvin L. Cofer; his grandchildren, Calvin, Angel, Calvarai, Christopher, Christina and Coleane; and his siblings, Vanessa Dixon, Sabrina Thomas Wheeler (Keith), Kimberly Downer (Nathaniel) and Demeshio Ward.
Viewing was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Carthage Chapel Funeral Home (929 W Beaver St, Jacksonville, FL 32204). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Evergreen Missionary Baptist Church (1100 Logan St, Jacksonville, FL 32204). A burial was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at the Restlawn Cemetery South.
