He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Dolores and Ronald Altman; and his brothers, James and Ronald. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; and his children, Jeffrey Paul Altman and Elizabeth Laycock. He is also survived by children and nieces and nephews.
