It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brenda Ruth Boland of Jacksonville, Florida, born in Waynesville, North Carolina, who passed away on September 4, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hockaday and Eulalia Hockaday; and her sister Patricia Greenlee. She is survived by: her husband Ronnie Boland; her children, Blue Boland, Victoria Boland and Janet Hines; her sisters, Becky Smith (Robert) and Peggy Brodnax; her grandsons, Hunter and Tyler Boland; her brother-in-law Dale Boland (Julie); and her aunt Myrna Hayes. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
