She is survived by: her siblings, John D. Armistead of Jacksonville and Elizabeth Anne Armistead Helvie of Jacksonville; her daughters, Nichole Ruth Quarterman and Shannon Fernekes; and her grandchildren, Robert "Robbie" Fernekes and Chelsea Bolena. She is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
