It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billie Jean Christian in Jacksonville, Florida, born in Mooresburg, Tennessee, who passed away on April 23, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband George B. Christian; her parents, Parrot Carpenter and Myrtle Harrell Carpenter; and her sisters, Marie Gordon and Dorothy Ross.

She is survived by : her brothers, Harrell Carpenter and Ronnie Carpenter; her son George C. Christian (Kelly Christian) of Jax, FL; her grandchildren, Robert May, Chase Christian, Marcella Eisenhauer and Tyler Hains; her great grandchildren, Robert May, Jr., Kendall Hains, London Christian and Legend Eisenhauer; and her friends, Cheri Green, Diane Locke, Mary Joiner, Kathy Hains and Dr. Stephen Bagnoli MD.
