She is survived by: her husband Robert Winslow; her daughter Nancy Theresa Winslow (Debra Faulknew); and her siblings, Billy Rutherford of Bluff City, Tennessee, Katie Erwin of Crossville and Janie Hicks of Bluff City, Tennessee.. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
