She was predeceased by: her parents, Talmage Johns, Sr. and Virginia Allen Johns; and her siblings, Talmadge Johns Jr., Merle Johns, Joyce Hendrick and Judy Moody.
She is survived by: her brother Jerry Johns of Valrico, FL; her children, Gerald Sampson, Jr. of Austin, TX, Michelle Miller of Middleburg, Kevin Sampson of Jacksonville and Shannon Traylor of St. Petersburg; her son-in-law Larry Traylor of St. Petersburg; her grandchildren, Caisey Miller of Orange Park and Jennifer Miller of Middleburg; her nephew Chip Hendrick of Jacksonville; and her nieces, Alecia Wendland of Daytona and Leila Moody-Grant of Virginia.
