It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bennie James Weston Sr. (Jacksonville, Florida), who passed away on December 9, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Aaron S. Weston and Leatha Roberts Weston; his children, Paula, Darryl and Bennie Jr.; and his siblings, Felix, Willie Alphonso, Dorothy and Ethel Lee.
He is survived by: his wife Daisy; his daughter Bennita Young (Robert); his grandchildren, Sara and Patric Young; his siblings, Calvin, Bobby Weston (Ella), Laura Weston and Bettye Cane; his brother-in-law William Taylor (Catherine); and his nephew Larry Weston (Betty). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relative and friends.
