He is survived by: his son Rick; his children-in-law, Lisa Mixon of Knoxville, TN and Ron Monteau of Sarasota, FL; his grandchildren, Michelle Monteau, Andy Mixon and Ashley Wynne; his great grandchildren, Rachael Leake, Jack Brignoni, Andrew Mixon and Benjamin Wynne; his nephews, Ronald and Donald Stephens; and his niece Saundra Stallings.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Eastminster Presbyterian Church, 4904 Asheville Hwy. Knoxville, TN 37914.
