He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Gentry Adams; his siblings, Melanie Wolfe (Scott), Jessica Frazier (John) and Alvin Adams (Kim); his nieces and nephews, Blake, Luke, Maddi, Heather, Ally, Lyra, Bridgette, Kimberly, Brett, Avery, Caleb, Anialee and Katie; and his close friend Rick Raulerson.
