He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lemuel Conn and Joyce Moore Parsons; his brothers, Warren Michael Parsons and Lemuel "Bo" Parsons Jr.; his daughter Jennifer Smith; his granddaughter Juniper Smith; and his siblings, Larry Parsons, Glenna Pemberton, Rena Barnett, Susan McDonald and Ruth Chapman. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
