He is survived by: his wife Ann Collins; his sister Tammy Provin (Bruce); his brother-in-law Rick Blanchard; his nieces, Chere Pastureau (Lawrence) and Jamie Nevarez (Elias); his nephew Bryan Pope (Naomi); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Levi, Eli, Mason, Bryana, Noa and Andrew.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the George H. Hewell and Son Funeral Home (4140 University Blvd S, Jacksonville, FL 32216). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the SouthPoint Baptist Church (3335 Tiger Hole Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32216).
