He was predeceased by: his parents, Waldo Hartle and Bessie Hartle; and his sister Marjorie Wright. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Hartle; his daughters, Robin Tyler (Bill), Tammy Ross and Shelby Weeks (Ronald, Jr.); his siblings-in-law, Robert Presley (Helen), Charles Presley (Linda June) and Linda Domanick; his grandchildren, Michael Tyler (Kacie), Ashley Revels (Josh), Meagan Sterner (Brynn), Brandon Ross (Tiffany), Trey Weeks (Katie), Brittany Blevins (Richie), Joshua Weeks (Ashley) and Savanna Weeks; and his great grandchildren, Allie, Ryland, Tyler, Hollis, Kiley, Marshall, Brinley, Ansley, Huxley, Davis, Bo, Beckham, Brody, Veyda, Vier, Abigail and Autumn. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Avery's family would like to thank family, friends, neighbors, and caregivers at Discovery Village that helped him through this difficult Alzheimer's journey.
