She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Howell. She is survived by: her daughters, Danette Godbolt (Richard) and Connie Adams (David); and her grandchildren, Sean Adams (Julie), Amanda Adams, Garret Godbolt and Jared Godbolt (April). She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren; and many other loving family and friends.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials in Mrs. Howell's memory to Springfield Baptist Church 1106 N. Liberty St., Jacksonville, FL 32206.
