With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Artis James Williams (Jacksonville, Florida), who passed away on May 30, 2022 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his children, Kenyatta Jordan, Kendra Green and Celeste V. Williams; his stepchildren, Glenna Coles, Jermaine Coles and Andre Coles; his grandchildren, Jor'el Green, Kennard Green, Jerrard Green and Khalil Green; his siblings, Jerome Elps Jr., Fostine Randolph, Elaine Franklin (Eldridge Franklin) and Shelia Gayle; and his friend Janis Campbell. He is also survived by nine loving nieces and nephews, a host of friends.
