She was predeceased by: her mother Aranka; her husband Paul Makovich; and her grandson Richie Nelson. She is survived by: her children, Paul J. Makovich, Rita A. Nelson (Rick) and Rosemary Z. Makovich (Eric Losey); and her grandsons, Dr. Zachary Makovich and Ryan Nelson.
