Visitation will be held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mixon Town Chapel (2403 Edison Ave, Jacksonville, FL 32204). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mixon Town Chapel of Q. L. Douglas Funeral Home (2403 Edison Ave, Jacksonville, FL 32204).
