It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Angel LeeAnn Howard (Jacksonville, Florida), who passed away on January 17, 2023, at the age of 30, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her birth mother Selena Lee Ratliff; her grandfather Oscar E. Ratliff; and her sister Peggy Duffy. She is survived by: her mother Shirley Howard; her daughter Athena LeeAnn; her siblings, Jessica Murray, Jack Watson and Rudy Duffy; and her cousins, Toby and Rowan Johnson. She is also survived by brothers, and several other nieces, cousins, and family.
The family asks that in Lieu of flowers any donations be made out to Shirley Howard or sent Via cash app to $JLeigh456 to be added to the savings account set up for Athena's future.
