As we bid Andrew farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Andrew is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his mother Georgeana Belunde Watkins; and his grandfathers, Willie C. Harris and Mitchell C. Watkins. He is survived by: his father Andre Jermaine Watkins Sr.; his siblings, Andre Watkins Jr., Ja'Carey L. Harris, Alexius M. Watkins and Anaya J. Napper; and his grandmothers, Maxine T. Watkins and Carolynn J. Wilkerson. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Carthage Chapel (929 W Beaver St, Jacksonville, FL 32204). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mt Lebanon Missionary Baptist Church (9319 Ridge Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32208).
