With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Andrew Francis Mann in Jacksonville, Florida, born in Chelsea, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 28, 2024 at the age of 63. He is survived by : his parents, William M. Mann, Jr. and Gladys L. Mann of Springfield, VA; his brothers, William Mann (Cathy) of Charlotte, NC, Albert Mann (Michele) of Laguna Niguel, CA, Timothy Mann (Christi) of Shreveport, LA, Charles Mann of Fairfax, VA and Matthew Mann of Herndon, VA.; and his pets, Big K and Bob. He is also survived by Aunts and Uncles and his numerous cousins, nieces and nephews and their spouses and children.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 25th 2024 at 5:00 PM at the Hardage-Giddens Mandarin Chapel (11801 San Jose Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32223). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, July 25th 2024 at 5:30 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 26th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the Jacksonville National Cemetery.
