She was predeceased by: her brother David Baldwin. She is survived by: her parents, Fred Lewis Baldwin and Mary Cobian; her husband Terry Williams; her brothers, Rick Baldwin and Michael Baldwin; and her daughters, Christina Laughter, Tabitha Williams and Tammila William. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
