He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Alice Carter Fooshee and Samuel Ralph Fooshee; his wife Carolynne "Lynne" Knight Fooshee; his grandson Michael; and his brother Don Fooshee.
He is survived by: his children, Mark Fooshee and Susan Fooshee Taylor (Kenny); his grandchildren, Matthew, Kellen and Kingston; his brother Larry (Sharon); and his stepsiblings, Sue Haney, Kay Nichols (Mickey) and Buddy Hill (Shirley). He is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Shriners Children's Hospital of Tampa, FL, C/O Morocco Shrine Center, 560 Wells Road, Orange Park, FL 32073 in memory of Ray Fooshee.
