It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald Brugger of Jacksonville Beach, Florida, born in Mount Kisco, New York, who passed away on February 18, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett R. Brugger and Frances G. Brugger; and his brother Peter Brugger. He is survived by: his wife Suzi R. Brugger (Rubin); his sister Judith Ryan (Jim); his nieces and nephews, Caitlin Bernier (Jeff), Novalynn Bernier, Josh Ryan (Julia), Rachel Holt, Miller, Fallon Farrell and David Williams (Olivia); and his sisters, Lori (Mark Farrell) and Rosalind (Stephen Williams).
