She was predeceased by: her parents, Eston Louis Barkoskie, Sr. and Lois Henson Barkoskie Neeley; her husband Jerald Neitz; and her siblings, Eston L. Barkoskie, Jr. and Imogene Barkoskie Caines.
She is survived by: her children, Linnea Evatt (Steve), Lawanda Williams (Mike), Jeri Barnes (Barry) and Melanie Harp (Bryon); and her grandchildren, Ronney Boyd, Scott Douglas (Heather), Summer Boyd (Joe Solomon), Ryan Barnes, Evan Barnes (Amber), Dyess Harp, Braeden Harp, Steve Evatt, Jr., Jeremiah Evatt and Amanda Hicks (Shaun).
