With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Carroll Brooke (Jacksonville Beach, Florida), born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on November 6, 2019 at the age of 88. He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugenia Brooke and Carroll Brooke; his son Rick Brooke Rebol of Lodi, CA; his former wife Connie Brooke of Jacksonville, FL; and his siblings, William Brooke of Hyattsville, MD and Jean Brooke O'Neill of Eastern Shore, MD..
He is survived by: his wife Deborah of Jacksonville Beach, FL.; his sons, Rich Carroll, Jr (Judy) and Robert Eric (Vickie); his daughter-in-law Wendy Rebol; his grandchildren, Terra Szczesniuk (Andy) and Adam Brooke; and his great grandchildren, Chloe and Andrij Szczesniuk.
