He was predeceased by: his parents, Hiram Stanley and Agnes B. Floyd; his wife Evelyn Louise Floyd; and his brothers, Robert and Francis.
He is survived by: his children, Lawrence (Larry), Floyd (Robbin Baggs Floyd) and Dianna Marino (Joseph Marino). He is also survived by loving father to his children.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made in Philips honor to Community Hospice.
