She was predeceased by: her parents, Mildred Clear and Archelus Campbell; her sister Janet Hayman; her daughter Melissa Spencer; and her nephew Frankie Hayman.
She is survived by: her sister Lora Healy; her half-sisters, Lisa Campbell and Leslie Hecht; her brother Tony Campbell; her daughter Jennifer Belisario; her grandchildren, Bill Brady Logan Thomas, James Spencer, Kayla Hotaling and Gabrielle Belisario; and her nieces, Shirley Dunham, Carolyn Martin, Julie Hayman Baptist, Paula Hayman Fridell, Amy Hall Gutzmer, Alyson Lutynski and Amber Murray.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you donate to the Jacksonville Humane Society.
