With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Myra Ellen Lewis (Jacksonville Beach, Florida), born in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, who passed away on December 4, 2023 at the age of 81. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Myra Ellen Lewis to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John McKechnie and Mary McKechnie. She is survived by: her brother Thomas (Judith McKechnie) of Sedgewick, Maine.; her daughters, Debby Sardoni (Joseph) of Apollo Beach, Wendy Fortune (Richard) of Dinsmore, Chris Meares of MacClenny and Robin Meares of Jacksonville; and her grandchildren, Amber Buttrill, Jordan Buttrill, Savannah Virtuoso Noah Lee (Christopher), Chad Fortune, Crystal Fortune, Colton Fortune, Andrew Sardoni, Jackie Dawson Joseph A. (David), Sophia Sardoni and Julie Mosley.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations to support either the American Lung Association at Lung.org, tribute page for Myra Ellen Lewis or The Jacksonville Humane Society at jaxhumane.org.
