She was predeceased by: her father Richard Meadows. She is survived by: her mother Suzanne Meadows of Morris, Illinois; her siblings, Jennifer (Kenneth Smith) of Woodbridge, Virginia and David (Cecily) of Freeport; and her nieces and nephews, Nathan Smith (Karla), Madeline Smith, Preston, Harlow and Vincent Meadows.
