He was predeceased by: his wife Susan McCoy; his parents, Jerald McCoy and Shirley McCoy; his sister Robin Pugh; his brother-in-law Michael Autrey; and his niece Linde Pugh.
He is survived by: his sons, Nathan McCoy (Emily) and Patrick McCoy (Gabrielle Mills); his brother Barry McCoy (Dana); his stepmother Ronda McCoy; his mother-in-law Carolyn Sing; his nieces and nephews, Matthew McCoy, Jason Allen, Chelsey Autrey and Sarah Pugh Hernandez; and his grandson Nolan McCoy.
