He is survived by: his wife Crystal; his daughters, Alexus, Alyssa and Alera; his mother Lisa Haley; his grandparents, Rosine Dolinski, Larry, Sharon Moulton and Phyllis Haley; his sister Marena Haley; and his father Bill Collins. He is also survived by his family; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
