He is survived by: his girlfriend Mary Raulerson Harper of Jacksonville Beach, FL; his daughters, Christie Ann Johnson (Neil) of St. Johns, FL and Kimberly Elliott (Greg) of Jacksonville, FL; his brother Richard Adkins (Dickie) of Sharpsburg, GA; his granddaughters, Katherine "Katie" Murrell (Christian) of Callahan, FL and Sarah Dent (Jeffery) of Hilliard, FL; and his great grandchildren, Paisley, Riley Murrell, Brantley and Kinsley Dent. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
