He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn Worsham Smith and William Smith. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Steven (Kelly), Kevin (Lesley) and Nikki Smith; his grandchildren, Porcia Adalia (Chris), Schuyler Smith, Jordan Cook, Caden and Landon Smith; his great grandchildren, Leo, Kalani and Killian Adalia; his sister Jeanette Steiner; his niece Cynthia Baker (James); and his nephew Chris Parkinson (Barbara).
