Frederick A. Slaveski Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Frederick A. Slaveski (Jacksonville Beach, Florida), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 29, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Jennifer, Jon (Pam) and Jason (Kim); his grandchildren, Ann (Jeff), Elizabeth, Alek, Nick, Chris, Marie (Geoff), Tyler, Katelyn and Reagan; and his great grandchildren, Rowan, Caroline, Nora and Sister Elaine Jamison. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Paul's Catholic Church (523 Pablo Ave, Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250).
