She was predeceased by: her parents, David Elisha Bell and Minnie Elizabeth Bell (Jordan); her siblings, Walter, Arthur, Mary, Beatrice, Blanche, Vera, Thelma, Turner, Virginia, David, Paul, Hubert and Dorothy; her son-in-law Billy Perkins; and her granddaughter Rachel Hutchinson.
She is survived by: her significant other Lloyd Richard Hutchinson; her children, Christopher John Francis (JoeAnn), Denise Marcel Holliday (Paul), Frances Jacqueline Perkins (Billy), Charles Kevin Francis (Allison), Patrick Lloyd Hutchinson (Michelle), Kristi Shawn Towey (Justin), Susan Jean Corson and Scott Andrew Hutchinson; and her grandchildren, Alan, Andrew, Brady, Brandon, Brandy, Corey, Desmond, Jake, Jeremy, Matthew, Megan, Nathan, Nathaniel, Nicholas, Sarah and Tammy. She is also survived by twenty three great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations in honor of her memory to the charity Tunnel to Towers Foundation or the City Rescue Mission of Jacksonville, Florida.
