He is survived by: his children, Jacksonville Beach, Michael Wayne Koutelas of Jacksonville Beach, FL and Tina Sluder of St. Augustine, FL; his siblings, George "Sonny" Koutelas of St. Augustine, FL and Alice Robinson of Florida; his grandson Stephen Earl Sluder (Ashleigh); and his great grandchildren, Stephen Maverick Sluder, Tristan Earl Sluder and Tucker Dale Sluder.
