He was predeceased by: his wife Sylvia; his children, Donald Machurick and Katherine Fontenot; his parents, Verne and Steve; and his brother Jim Machurick.
He is survived by: his sons, Charles Machurick (Jayne) and Daniel Machurick (Connie); his grandchildren, Jackqueline Widdis (Daniel), Heather Selvaggio (Joe), Kimberly Machurick, Donnie Machurick (Alivia), Katey Wert (Ryan) and Leslie Schreiber (Anderson); and his great grandchildren, Simeon, Anneliese, Arabella Widdis, Madison, Megan Selvaggio, Dustin Stuart, Trinity Bost, Donald, Keith, Kyle Machurick, Madilyn Wert, Lilly and Landon Hart.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Donald's name be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
