He was predeceased by: his parents, Doran David and Prebble Ruth Tolbert (Hill); and his sister Lois Wanda Schroeder (Tolbert). He is survived by: his wife April; his daughter Yvonne; his son-in-law Timothy Flournoy; his granddaughter Rebekkah Link (Jesse); his sister Betty Ruth Zentner (Tolbert); and his great grandchild Sean Link. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
