He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Long; his daughter Melanie; his son-in-law William G. Dobbins; his grandsons, William and W. David Dobbins; his siblings, Michael Solomon (Robin) and Kathy Solomon; his aunt Carolyn; and his cousins, Patricia, Joseph Kurtz, Suzanne and Edward Long.
