It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David C. Mills (Jacksonville Beach, Florida), born in Bellefonte, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 13, 2023, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Pamela; his children, Keith (Lindsey), Kara and Samantha; his grandson Weston; his mother Gail Brinkman; and his siblings, J. R. (Kim) and Christine DelGrosso. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
