“I am deeply saddened by the death of my good friend and Vietnam Veteran Brother. Curtis was one of the most amazing guys I ever knew beginning in high school and all these years later. When he moved to Jax Beach, we would talked almost every day and made it a point to have lunch somewhere every other week. Curtis was a lover of music and specially jazz. I will miss him but have those fond memories which can never die. RIP my Brother.......you are gone BUT will never be forgotten. 'Hawk' Hawkins”
