She is survived by: her husband Michael Bozarth; her mother Lorraine Loyd of Uniontown, KS; and her sisters, Bonnie Boyle (Jim) of Nevada, MD, Gina Middleton (Randy) of Labette City, KS and Judy Jurgensen (Larry) of Uniontown, KS.. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and countless friends.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Connie's memory may be made to Jacksonville Humane Society , Jacksonville , Florida.
