We are sad to announce that on September 12, 2021, at the age of 74, Billie Smith (Jacksonville Beach, Florida) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William P. Mitchell and Syble Mitchell of Fort Worth; her husband Bobby; her son R. Troy Smith; her grandchildren, Cullen, Andrew, Patrick Smith and Caleigh Smith; and her siblings, Anita Mitchell Olson and Darrell Mitchell.
Donations may be made in Billie's name to the Wounded Warrior Project.
