He is survived by: his wife Dasa; his sons, Ben and Adam; his mother Marie Cvek; and his brother Miroslav Cvek.
A memorial service was held on Tuesday, September 17th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Quinn-Shalz Family Funeral Home (3600 3rd St S, Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250).
