She was predeceased by: her parents, John Dorsey Andrews and Sara Brinson Andrews; her husband Bay Neal; her brothers, John Andrews and Donald James Andrews; and her stepson F. Bay Neal, III.
She is survived by: her brother Wayne Andrews (Cindy); her cousin Robin Royals (Michael); her niece Rachel Andrews; her nephew Grayson Andrews; her stepdaughter Sara Jane Neal Brazda (Chris); her stepdaughter-in-law Maria Zorn; her grandchildren, Carly Neal, Keane Brazda, Hannah Neal Schroeder (Kyle) and Matt Zorn; and also Evan.
