He was predeceased by: his parents, Egbert Ramsay and Lillian Ramsay; and his former wife Beryl Ramsay. He is survived by: his wife Gwen Neal Ramsay; his children, Beryl, Neville Thame (Jane), Carol (Michael) of Washington and Patricia Ramsay; and his siblings, Maisy Mae Brown and Ivanhoe Ramsay. He is also survived by 11 Grandchildren and 15 Great-Grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to New Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church.
